Returns & Refunds Policy

At Sneakersby, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

1. 30-Day Free Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• The product(s) you wish to return

• The reason for the return, if applicable

We will provide you with instructions for returning your order.

Return shipping is free when you follow our return instructions.

2. Condition of Returned Products

Where you are returning an item under our 30-day returns policy, please return the product in a condition that allows us to verify its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Please keep the original packaging where reasonably possible.

You may inspect and try on products in a reasonable manner, as you would in a shop.

If a product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, and its value has been reduced as a result, applicable legal rules may allow a corresponding deduction from a refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed products.

3. Statutory Cancellation Rights

For online purchases, UK consumers generally have a statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

After notifying us of the cancellation, the goods generally need to be returned within a further 14 days.

If you paid for standard delivery on your original order, the applicable standard delivery charge will generally also be refundable where required by law.

Because Sneakersby offers free standard delivery, there is normally no standard delivery charge to reimburse.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available in your account.

5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
